Moving between platforms changes your user id, so records can arrive still pointing at the account you had before. They are all here — the app just does not recognise them as yours, so they stay hidden. Claim the one that was you. Anything belonging to someone else, leave alone.

Nobody owns these, not even through their company, so they are nobody's work until someone takes them. Everyone's Today points here until they're gone. Records under a typed name like Logan are not listed here, and neither are suppliers, industry contacts or competitors: they are a shared rolodex that nobody owns.

Two records that look like the same person or company. Keep one: everything on the other - tasks, deals, history, missing details - moves onto it. Undo puts both back. "Not the same" stops asking about that pair.

One JSON file with every record and every logged history. This is the file to hand Claude if anything ever needs restoring — the CSVs below are for reading in a spreadsheet, not for rebuilding. Worth doing monthly.

Loads a backup file straight back in. This is how you move everything to a new copy of the app without touching a database. Records already here with the same id are left alone unless you tick replace.
