One JSON file with every record and every logged history. This is the file to hand Claude if anything ever needs restoring — the CSVs below are for reading in a spreadsheet, not for rebuilding. Worth doing monthly.

Loads a backup file straight back in. This is how you move everything to a new copy of the app without touching a database. Records already here with the same id are left alone unless you tick replace.

Moving between platforms changes your user id, so records can arrive still pointing at the account you had before. They are all here — the app just does not recognise them as yours, so they stay hidden. Claim the one that was you. Anything belonging to someone else, leave alone.

A record with no owner counts as yours while you are the only one signed in. The moment anyone else signs in, it counts as theirs too. Claim the ones that are yours so each person sees only their own. Records under a typed name like Logan are not listed here.
